Edna Mall Plc was established in October 2007 G.C with a paid up capital of ETB 5,000,000 issuing 50 shares with a par value of ETB 100,000 each. Ato Tekleberhan Ambaye, owning 45 shares, is the majority shareholder with W/ro Melete Tewolde, owning 5 shares is the only other shareholder with a minority stake in the company mainly focusing on Movies and Game segments of the entertainment sector.
As a company it is managed by a corporate level with some sister companies and leads by a board which consists of the President, CEO and other members.Edna Mall has an Article of Association (AoA) and a Memorandum of Association (MoA) that governs its shareholders and their rights.
Edna Mall began operation in November 2008 G.C. resting on a 200sq meter land hosting a 7 floor building. The entity was established to provide its target customers shopping, office, entertainment and dining services under one roof. These services are offered through the four outlets listed below.
